About the project
A wide offer of apartments in a perfect location
Nová Waltrovka follows the success of Waltrovka that has already been completed in the former Walter factory premises, expanding the new town district established in Jinonice. Halfway between the Radlická and Jinonice B underground stations, directly under the slopes of Malvazinky, more than 500 premium apartments, two modern office buildings, a stylish hotel, primary school, new central square and large sports grounds and playground are gradually being built.

The unique location not only features rich civic amenities, extensive green areas and easy transport accessibility, but above all the atmosphere of a modern town district which is busy during the day and turns into a quiet urban oasis in the evening.

260Apartments in phase F
A pleasant place
for life
Q1 2027Completion of apartments in Phase F
In Phase F, 260 apartments ranging from 1 to 5 rooms will be built with sophisticated and functional layouts. Most of the apartments have their own terrace or loggia, the houses have underground parking spaces for convenient parking, cellar cubicles or a popular area for washing bicycles and pushchairs.

The Nová Waltrovka project is a continuation of the successful revitalisation of the extensive area of the very famous former Walter aircraft engine factory. In the period between 2014 and 2021, a total of 74,000 m² of office space, 700 residential units, a nursery school and complete new civic amenities were completed within the Prague Jinonice district in several construction phases.
We build
upon success
The architect's word
From the very first urban design sketches, we saw housing in Nová Waltrovka as a unique opportunity to create a new style of urban green and residential street structure.
Nová Waltrovka purposefully combines different types of buildings - in addition to housing, there are a number of buildings with employment opportunities in offices, shops, gastro, hotel. Small commercial units are located directly in the new development so that residents can buy fresh pastries for breakfast or use services on the ground floor of their home.

Each house has its own individual look - different facade material, different colour scheme, so that everyone can find their way around. The houses in the front row are designed as townhouses for residents who want closer contact with the street and proximity to services. The houses in the back row provide more privacy and have more of the character of villas in the green.
