The finishing standards are based on a careful selection of high-quality brands from both Czech and international manufacturers.

This offer is available in three levels — SMART, designed primarily for investment apartments; LIVING, intended mainly for owner‑occupied homes; and EXCLUSIVE, representing the highest standard of interior equipment.
