The price list will remain valid until a new price list is issued. The developer reserves the right to adjust the price list at any time until a binding written reservation agreement is entered into with the interested party.

The status „In Negotiation“ is a non-binding pre-booking valid for 5 days. It is possible for the interested party to make another pre-booking for such a unit in order. However, the pre-reservation is not valid until the seller confirms by email to the prospective buyer that the pre-reservation has been made.
